Find Your IP Address
Under Windows XP/2000
- Open a Commend Prompt (under Start | All Programs | Accessories
- Type winipcfg. This will show you your IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway.
Under Windows 95
- Open an MS-DOS Prompt (under Start | Programs
- Type winipcfg. This will show you your IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway.
If you're connected via a LAN, you can also use this handy utility to find the MAC Address of your ethernet card.
