To Our Bizgrok & North East Digital Customers:

SBC Internet Services recently notified its snet.net customers of a change to its email storage policy. In its letter, SBC states that starting September 1, 2003, it will begin deleting messages from customers' mailboxes on its servers after they have been stored there for 30 days.

We are bringing this to your attention because many of our customers take advantage of our option to forward email to addresses hosted with us to another email account, including snet.net accounts. If you are currently having your email forwarded to a snet.net email account, you may wish to consider having your mail stored in a mailbox on our servers rather than forwarded.

It costs the same to host your email with us whether it is delivered to a mailbox on our servers or forwarded to another address. Mailboxes on our server allow storage of up to 10 MB of email by default, and additional storage is available at extra cost. We do not delete mail after an arbitrary period of storage - your 10 MB mail quota is yours to use as you see fit. We believe this offers our customers the flexibility to use their email in the way that is most productive for them.

If you would like to make changes to your email forwarding or discuss other options with us, please contact Rob at support@bizgrok.com or 860-373-0249. Best time to call is between 11 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday. Email to support is monitored through the day and evening 7 days a week.

As always, thank you for your business, wherever your email is stored.
