- And for our favorite password problem fix . . . Please check that Your CAPSLOCK key is NOT on
If #1 & #2 above, didn't do it, please check to be sure your:
- Computer is not unplugged for some reason
- Keyboard is not unplugged for some reason
- Phone line is not unplugged for some reason
